Explanation
 IMS Recovery Expert determined
that listed profile is not in the expected state. Possible causes
may be that BCVs are not established to the expected standard volumes,
or there was an error during a backup and the BCV profile needs to
undergo profile setup. 

User response Add the SETUP control card to the backup job and
resubmit the job.
