BSY128I Requesting wait status from operator...

Explanation The target BCV is still synchronizing to the source
volume. The WAIT_FOR_VOLUME_SYNC parameter in the IMS Recovery Expert PARMLIB
is set to prompt with a WTOR if any BCVs are not  fully synchronized
to their standard volumes. IMS Recovery Expert is
issuing a WTOR to ask if it should continue waiting or quit.
