BSY0511E A REORG occurred between the selected Image Copy and the recovery point

Explanation
IMS Recovery Expert is
unable to recover the object because it did not find an image copy
not in error or System Level Backup that contained the object data set that
was created after the reorg. 

User response Verify that all resources, image copies, and system
level backups are specified in the application profile. If so, then
the object will have to be either rebuilt with another utility like
an index builder or recovered in another way.
