BSY0318E SCI not available for issuing IMS commands

Explanation
IMS Recovery Expert has
detected that the IMS System
is active on another LPAR and an SCI address space is not available
on the LPAR IMS Recovery Expert is
running on.

User response Either issue the request on the same LPAR where
the IMS system is running, or
start an SCI address space on the LPAR IMS Recovery Expert is
running on.
