message might not be issued when a command fails. IMS Database Recovery
Facility might
choose to issue its own message about a command failure, and might
request that IMS Database Recovery
Facility BPE
not issue the BPE0024E message.
In the message text:

STOP displays as the command. For all other commands, the
command verb and resource type are displayed (for example, UPDATE
TRACETABLE or REFRESH USEREXIT).
