Explanation
 IMS HP Change Accumulation Utility has determined that the
sequence of Fast Path Log records cannot properly be processed with current ordering of the DFSULOG
data set concatenation list.

User response
 This message should always be produced after
a detailed description of the cause for abending the named JOB or
started task. Correct the identified problem and rerun HPCA.
