HPC1209E Timestamp invalid. Reason code diagcd.

Explanation
 The format of the point-in-time timestamp is not a valid IMS external timestamp. Timestamp formats are described in
                    IMS  System
                    Administration. Message DSP0304I in the IMS Messages and Codes manual describes the values for
                        diagcd.

User response
 Correct the timestamp value and rerun the job. Important: When
specifying the LOG TIME parameter, do not enclose the timestamp in
quotes.
