Explanation
The JCL for the HPCADRIV procedure could not be written because the library
identified by the HPCAPROC DD statement could not be opened or the member
could not be stowed.

User response
Ensure that the HPCAPROC data set exists and is a PDS or PDSE. Also, make
sure that there is enough space to contain the newly created member. A compress
of the data set might be necessary. After correcting the error, retry the
job.
