FRD6013I NOTHING ADDED TO RECOVERY LIST: reason

Explanation

The processing of the ADD command did not add anything to a recovery list. Either no entry information was found by DBRC for any item listed in the command or all the entries returned by DBRC based on the items in the command were already in the recovery list. In the message text:
reason
The reason can be one of the following:
ALREADY ON RECOVERY LIST
All entries to be added by this command are already in the recovery list.
NO ENTRIES TO ADD
No entry information was found by DBRC for any item listed in the command.

System action

The recovery list remains unchanged. If this is a batch recovery attempt, recovery processing will not occur.

User response

Examine the RECOVER ADD or ADD command and compare it with the corresponding ACBGEN or RECON entries and previous ADD commands to determine if the correct names were being specified. If reason is NOENTRIES TO ADD and this is a batch recovery, the command can be removed from the command stream if the correct names were being specified.
