FRD4316I DATABASE MIGHT HAVE BEEN ALLOCATED DURING RECOVERY - CHECK RSS JOB LOG

Explanation
This message is preceded by FRD4312E with the reason API RESTORE IC CALL FAILED, which
    indicates that the database or area could not be recovered. 

One reason the recovery might have failed for OUTPUT(PRO) processing is that the production
database data set was already allocated to another process. 

The RSS JOB log indicates if this was the case.

Processing continues.

If the RSS indicates that the production database data set was already allocated to another
process, resolve this issue and run the recovery again.
