Explanation

A read error is detected for the change accumulation or log data set with the name dsname during database data set or fast path area recovery by the IMS Database Recovery Facility. If the IMS Database Recovery Facility is unable to read from a copy of the data set or switch to the SLDS if the error was on an RLDS, the recovery attempt stops.
