Configuring IMS Recovery Expert

There are various steps necessary to configure IMS Recovery Expert.

These steps include: defining the repository; configuring the ISPF CLIST; setting backup defaults; defining IMS Recovery Expert to your IMS systems and data sharing groups; setting the PARMLIB parameters that will control the various aspects of the backup and restore utilities; and enabling IMS Recovery Expert in your online and batch IMS environments.
