Explanation
 An abend occurred and the IMS Database Recovery
                    Facility BPE
system ESTAE routine received control with no SDWA available. The
ESTAE is unable to provide diagnostic information normally obtained
from the SDWA, such as PSW and register contents at abend.

System action
 BPE continues to process the abend with limited
capability because of the lack of the SDWA.
