029 IMS and DBDLIB error

Explanation

A Log or Change Accumulation data set that is registered in the RECON could not be allocated. Depending on the reason, either message FRD4212I or FRD4210I is issued with this abend and contains the data set name that could not be allocated. IMS Database Recovery Facility requires the data set to be allocated in order to complete the database recovery.
