X'4010' CPYPRFX - CAN'T FIND THE MSC PREFIX MSGMSC

Explanation
 The message flag indicates that the MSC prefix
segment is present, but the segment cannot be located.

Programmer response
 Locate the message and verify that the
prefix segment exists. The MSC prefix segment code is X'82'.
REG1 in the REG14-12 save area is the address of the prefix being
copied. This is an internal IMS error.
