X'4000' PREFIX SIZE GOTTEN NOT SIZE EXPECT

Explanation
 The message queue manager failed to obtain a message
prefix the same size as that of the original message.

Programmer response
 Locate the message being inserted
in the I/O area. Field MSGPRFLL in the message prefix is the length
of the original message prefix. Field QSAPPLTH in the QSAPWKAD area
contains the length of the new message prefix. The lengths should
be equal. This is an internal IMS error.
