Explanation
 The I/O area passed to the IMS MRQ processor (IQCQMRQ0) by the load function
on the PURG call is invalid.

Programmer response
 The I/O area passed on the PURG call
does not begin with a valid MRQ prefix segment (MSGMRQPF). This is
an internal QCF load function error.
