Locate the message destination type flag (MSGDFLG2) of the message and
verify that it is an 82. This indicates the MSGODSTN destination name was
a CNT type when the original message was created. However, the resource control
block returned by FINDEST returned an SMB type control block. The probable
cause of the problem is that the destination was changed from an LTERM or
MSNAME type to a transaction code type. The control block address is in REG1
in the REG14-12 save area, and the block is at QTPDST. The parmlist passed
to FINDEST is in the PSTDCA area.
