Explanation
 If APISET 3 is specified in HSSROPT data set,
HSSR Engine can issue a DL/I call internally. This message indicates
that the status code xx is returned for one such
DL/I call. 

System action
 HSSR Engine ends abnormally.

the error. If the cause is not clear, collect the dump and contact IBM® Software Support.
