FABH0611E OPEN OF DBD=`dbdname` DDN=`ddname` --- ESDS GEN BLOCK= RPL FAILED

Explanation
 The ESDS database named dbdname could
not be opened. A GENCB for an RPL failed. A possible reason is that
insufficient virtual storage is available in the address space. ddname indicates
the DD name of the failing data set.

System action
 HSSR Engine ends abnormally.
