FABH0573E INTERNAL ERROR --- RPL FOR KSDS NOT INACTIVE

Explanation
 During KSDS processing, HSSR buffer handler tried
to use an RPL that was active for another VSAM request.

System action
 HSSR Engine ends abnormally.

User response
 To identify the cause, activate the compare and
hardcopy trace options, and execute the failing call sequence with
the FABHTEST utility (see FABHTEST utility for problem determination).
