Explanation
 An attempt was made to run IMS High Performance Unload in an online region.
This is not supported.

System action
 All HSSR calls fall back to DL/I calls. All HSSR
PCBs fall back to DL/I PCBs and all calls issued against these PCBs
are processed by DL/I action modules.

User response
 Correct the region type in the PARM field of
the EXEC statement.
