Explanation
 The HSSR control block HTCB located within the
load module FABH001 was not properly initialized by HSSR Engine.

System action
 HSSR Engine ends abnormally.

User response
 Possible reason for this error is that FABHURG1 was not
run with JCL equivalent to the procedures FABHDLI, FABHDBB, or FABHULU
but with JCL similar to the procedures DLIBATCH or DBBBATCH.
 Execute
FABHURG1 with correct JCL.
