Explanation
 The FABRUNLD or FABRRELD job is running under an unsupported release of MVS/DFP. The DFSMSdfp of DFSMS/MVS 1.1 or later is necessary to run an FABRUNLD or FABRRELD job.

 The program terminates with a USER 3641 abend.
