Explanation
 An incorrect control statement was detected by
the control statement syntax checking. The data set associated with
the PROCCTL DD statement had no DATABASE statement, or there was no
DATABASE statement that preceded an END statement.

 Processing stops.

 Correct the error, and rerun the HD Pointer Checker job.
