Explanation
 A DATABASE statement is coded following the PROC
statement with TYPE=LIST, REORG, CREATE, or UPDATE. A DATABASE
statement is not required when the associated PROC statement has the
TYPE=LIST, REORG, CREATE, or UPDATE option.

System action
 The system sets a return code of 4, ignores this
DATABASE statement, and continues processing.
