Explanation
 The Load API processing failed when the application
program processed the DL/I call to the PCB that is specified with
the control statement. dbdname shows the name of
the DBD to which the PCB refers to, nnnn shows
the PCB number in the PSB, and pcbname shows the
label of the PCB. If the PCB name is not specified in the PSB, it
