Explanation
 "+" is specified in column 72 in the PART statement
(in the CTL DD statement), but, the partition selection string or
high key was not specified correctly.

System action
 PSSR issues a user 3578 abend.

 Check the PART statement. Remove "+" from column
72 in the PART statement, or specify the partition selection string
or high key.
