Explanation
 PSSR attempted to issue a LISTCAT command for
the database data set, but it failed.

System action
 PSSR issues a user 3513 abend.

User response
 Ensure that input DBDS exists, or that the IDCAMS
module is in the system library correctly. Correct the error and rerun
the job.
