        Explanation
            If definitions of areas were changed in the DBD, those areas must be specified with
                IAREA and OAREA keywords. To identify the areas that were changed, see the DBD
                definition report.

        

        System action
            If a parameter other than NO is specified for the SCAN keyword, the return code is
                set to 8. If SCAN=NO is specified, the job ends with an abend code of U3016.

            Ensure that all the areas that were changed are specified with IAREA and OAREA
                keywords, and rerun the job.
