        Explanation
            When the SDEPSCAN subcommand is specified, EFORMAT=USER must be specified. Root
                segments and their dependent segments cannot be extracted. 
        
        System action
            If a parameter other than NO is specified for the SCAN keyword, the return code is
                set to 8. If SCAN=NO is specified, the job ends with an abend code of U3003.
