Explanation
 The number of 4,P records is less than the number
of 4,S records that were generated by OPC. The root segment that contains
SDEP segments  might  have been deleted, or there were some SDEP segments
within the LB-LE range that were deleted by the SDEP Delete Utility.
This message is reported only when the return code exit FPXRCEXT is
provided.

System action
 OPC sets an end-of-job return code of 4 and continues
processing.

 Proceed with the remaining job steps in the report
generation procedure.
