utility could not verify the following changes of the segment edit/compression
exit routines during the reorganization: 
Changes in the COMPRTN= parameters in the DBD definitions

Changes in the logic of segment edit/compression exit routines

edit/compression exit routines, apply the corresponding PTF of APAR

Load and rerun the IMS High Performance
