Explanation
 A severe error occurred. An internal problem is found in the Checkpoint
Restart header record.

System action
 The checkpoint file is probably corrupted. No
further checkpoint or restart must be done using the current checkpoint
file.

 Do not use this file for Checkpoint
Restart processing.
