Explanation

to contain the segment data for the area is empty.

System action
 FABCUR3 abends with a user code of 3767.

User response
 Make sure that the DD statement properly identifies
the correct data set for the area to be reloaded. Correct any errors,
and rerun the reload job. Empty areas cannot be initialized by FABCUR3.
