FABU3603E BLDL FAILED FOR DDNAME `ddname` MEMBER `member`

Explanation
 The member was not found when
the BLDL macro searched the PDS directory for the ddname.

System action
 Diagnostic Aid ends with an abend code of U3603.

User response
 Ensure that the member indicated exists in the
data set specified for the indicated ddname. Correct the error and
rerun the job. If the error persists, contact IBM® Software Support.
