Domain templates

A domain template is a pre-configured bundle of sample data, weights, an algorithm, and a configuration file. Domain templates provide a sample project that is easy to implement. The project can be used for training or demonstration purposes, and can also be used as a starting point for a production implementation.

During creation of a project in the MDM Configuration perspective, you can select your template type.
  • The Individual template is used with person records, and includes configured weights and an algorithm that are optimized for use with person records. A small sample data set and a configuration file for running the mpxdata utility and the Derive Data and Create UNLs job are also part of the Individual template. The supplied weights are optimized for a North American data set.
  • The Organization template is used with organization records, and includes an configured algorithm and weights for use with organization data. The Organization template also includes a small sample data set and a configuration file for deploying the project to the operational server.
  • The Patient template includes an configured algorithm and weights for use with patient data. The Patient template also includes a small sample data set and a configuration file for deploying the project to the operational server.
  • The Provider template includes a configured algorithm and weights for use with provider data. The Provider template also includes a small sample data set and a configuration file for deploying the project to the operational server.
