Understanding the BL_010_IS_Import_SIF_Party job

The BL_010_IS_Import_SIF_Party job parses Party records into individual records for each Party RT/ST using the BIL Import SIF shared containers.

  • A unique INTERNAL_ID column is assigned for each unique incoming SSK.
  • This job also creates the Cross Reference dataset [SSK/Internal ID] called RI_Contact_SUBSET that will be used by the Party Referential Integrity (RI) job downstream.
  • Any parsing errors are captured in a Data Quality error message text file that is processed later on.
