Understanding report presentation

The presentation logic of the BIL Data Quality Error Report is implemented using XSLT and HTML.

The XSLT file is comprised of template definitions that render the error data XML file and forms the contents of the “Summary” and “Details” tables in the final report HTML page. The XSLT is linked with the XML file that gets produced.

For viewing specific error details, a secondary HTML page is used. Detailed error data specific to a selected SSK is supplied into the secondary HTML page where JavaScript is used to display them.
