Editing a user group description

To edit the description of a user group, take the following steps:

Procedure

  1. Click Security > User Groups.
    The User Groups page opens.
  2. Select the user group in the User Group list whose description you want to edit and click Go.
    The User Groups - Details page opens.
  3. Click Edit.
    The Edit User Groups page opens.
  4. Specify a concise, meaningful comment that accurately describes the user group or edit the existing description in the Description field.
  5. Click Submit.
    A confirmation message asks you to confirm your action.
  6. Click OK.
