Complete the steps in this procedure to uninstall an IBM® Stewardship
Center deployment on a
connected process server.
About this task
You must update the configuration parameters, and then run a script file to uninstall IBM Stewardship
Center on a connected
process server.
When you run the script, you must specify your uninstall target. The script then runs a number of
secondary scripts to complete the uninstallation.
Procedure

Update the configuration parameters for InfoSphere® MDM and IBM Stewardship
Center on a connected
process server to reflect the uninstallation.

On the computer where the IBM Stewardship
Center were installed,
run the
uninstall_governance_apps_online_PS
script target to begin the uninstall
process on the IBM Business
Process Manager
application server.
This script runs a number of secondary scripts to complete the uninstall process. The
following actions are performed as part of this process:
- Deactivates and deletes any installed process applications
- Archives and deletes any process applications imported onto the connected IBM Process
Center
- Deletes the foreign bus configurations that were done on the IBM Business
Process Manager
application server
- Deletes the authentication alias created for the InfoSphere MDM admin user on
the IBM Business
Process Manager application server
- Deletes the MDM data source and its corresponding authentication alias on the IBM Business
Process Manager
application server
- Deletes data stewardship users and groups IBM Business
Process Manager
application server
- Deletes the list of InfoSphere MDM signers from
the IBM Business
Process Manager application server
- Restarts the IBM Business
Process Manager
application server
- Deletes the JMS configurations and foreign bus configurations that were done on the InfoSphere MDM application
server
- Restarts the InfoSphere MDM application
server
- Removes the passwords from properties files
