Preparing for the installation

Before you install IBM® Stewardship Center, you must complete these prerequisite steps.

1. Ensure that IBM Installation Manager 1.9.2.1 is installed.
2. Install and configure IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management and verify that you have installed the latest feature pack. See Feature packs for InfoSphere Master Data Management V11.6 for details.
   Do not install IBM Stewardship Center yet.
3. Install and configure IBM Business Automation Workflow, which includes IBM Business Process Manager.
   IBM Business Automation Workflow is included with InfoSphere MDM. See the system requirements page for details.

   Restriction: For IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Version 11.6.0.2 and Version 11.6.0.3, IBM Business Process Manager Standard Edition V8.5.7 with Cumulative Fix 2016.12 is required.
4. If you installed Business Automation Workflow version 21.0.3 (required for InfoSphere MDM 11.6.0.12), apply the following fixes:

   Security fixes

   View visibility fix
