Associating a transaction with a user group

To associate a transaction with a user group, take the following steps:

Procedure

  1. Select Security > Transaction Associations.
    The Transaction Association page opens.
  2. Select the transaction that you want to associate user groups with from the Select Transactions to Assign User Group list and click Go.
    The Assign User Groups to a Transaction page opens.
  3. Select the user group that you want to associate with the transaction from the Select User Group to Assign list, and click Add.
    Repeat this step for every user group that you want to associate with the transaction. The names of the user groups that you add appear in the User Groups Assigned table.
  4. Optional: Remove the associations you have just added by clicking the Scissors icon. You can also terminate associations that have previously been submitted by clicking Terminate, as well as reinstate terminated associations by clicking Activate.
  5. Click Submit.
    A confirmation message asks you to confirm your action.
  6. Click OK.
