Mapping errors

Create a mapping between the InfoSphere® MDM DWLError from the source and the IFW ErrorInfo on the target by following this procedure.

Procedure

  1. Click recordInvolvedPartyErrorResponseType.map to open the mapping editor.
    The mapping editor opens displaying TCRMService and ErrorInfo.
  2. Map TCRMService, TxResponse, TxResult, and DWLError to ErrorInfo using the move refinement as follows:
    1. InfoSphere MDM ComponentType to the IFW ErrorState
    2. ErrorMessage to errorMessageText
    3. ErrorType to errorMessageType
    4. ReasonCode to errorCode
  3. Follow the same procedure using retrieveInvolvedPartyErrorResponseType.map to map the InfoSphere MDM error with the IFW error for the RetrieveInvolvedParty service.
  4. Save the map and generate the transformation script.
  5. Repeat these steps using retrieveInvolvedPartyErrorResponseType.map to map the InfoSphere MDM error with the IFW error for the RetrieveInvolvedParty service.
