Selective Export

The Selective Export panel lists all the object types in your company in a tabular format. To select or clear all of the object types, click the check box in the heading of the table. To include specific object types in your export script, click the check boxes next to each object type. To specify the action that each object type performs during import, select the action mode from the menu in the Export Action column. To save your object type and action mode selections at the object-type-level, click Update Type List at the top of the panel.

Select specific objects of an object type that you want to add to your export script by clicking the object type in the Object Type column. If objects exist for the object type, an object panel displays. In the object panel, you can clear or select the objects that you want in your export script by clicking the check box next to each object. You can also specify the action mode of each object from the menu in the Export Action column. To save your object and action mode selections at the object-level, click Save Selection at the top of the panel.

To generate your export script and save the script in the Document Store, click Generate Script. All objects will be highlighted to notify you that you must modify your object selection if you did not select all dependent objects.
