Displaying the IBM Stewardship Center dashboards

You must make the IBM® Stewardship Center dashboards visible in the Process Portal. By default these dashboards are hidden.

About this task

Some dashboards require you to have the associated permission to access the dashboard.

Procedure

  1. Open the Process Portal for your organization. Your system administrator can provide you with the appropriate URL for the Process Portal. The web address has the following format:
    http://[host_name]:[port]/portal
  2. The names of the dashboards appear across the screen. One of the dashboards is Work. At the end of the list of dashboard names, select the Organize tabs icon.
    The Organize tabs icon is a white circle with a white plus sign in the middle of the circle.
    A list appears that is divided into two sections, Visible Tabs and Hidden Tabs. By default, the IBM Stewardship Center dashboards are listed in the Hidden Tabs section.
  3. The IBM Stewardship Center dashboards are Search and MDM Dashboard. Drag these dashboards into the Visible Tabs section of the list. The order in which the dashboard names appear in the list determines the order in which the dashboard tabs appear in the Process Portal.
  4. By default the Work dashboard page is the start page whenever you open the Process Portal. To specify a different page as the default page, select the start page icon.
    The start page icon is a black plus sign in the upper-right corner of the active dashboard page.

Results

The display changes that you make to the Process Portal are Your designated start page and the dashboard order are shown whenever you log in to the Process Portal.
