The IBM Initiate Handler Reader component

The IBM® Initiate Handler Reader component retrieves data from the dictionary. It passes attributes from a member row list into a graph where they can be reformatted for temporary display and use, or passed back to the dictionary or to a permanent file by a Writer component.

The IBM Initiate Handler Reader component has no input ports; the data is passed in from the dictionary through an Initiate connection. There are multiple output ports available for connecting to components such as Transformers and Joiners.
