Select a Folder to Work With pane
Use this pane to view and manage the folders that can contain reports.
- Folder list
- Lists the name of each folder and displays the hierarchy
of folders. Select a folder and then select a task.
- Delete
- Deletes the selected folder and its subfolders. By default, a folder and any of its subfolders are not deleted if any of the folders contain reports.
- Rename
- Click to rename the selected folder.
- New
- Click to create one or more folders that are subfolders of the selected folder.
- Allow deletion of report contents in folders
- Selected folders that contain reports can be deleted. The reports are deleted with the folder. A user who deletes folders and their contained reports must have delete permission on all reports in any folder or subfolder to be deleted.
