Monitoring jobs

Processing details that occur at each active stage of the job are displayed in a Monitor window.

These topics describe how to monitor running jobs by using the Monitor command. These details include:

• The name of the stages performing the processing
• The status of each stage
• The number of rows processed
• The time taken to complete each stage

For parallel jobs, where the job is partitioned and different instances are running on different processors, the monitor can provide information for each instance if you request this option.
