Verify that the value of the CICSPORT configuration parameter for the apply service (service class APLY) matches the port that your IP CICS socket is monitoring for communications with your target server. Ensure that the CICS region is running and that the modules and CICS definitions for VSAM replication are properly defined. The target server will periodically attempt to reconnect based on the value of the CICSCONINTRVL configuration parameter of the apply service. If the problem persists, contact IBM® Software Support.
